Hi, I’mIsabel. I grew up dancing ballet for 15 years and it taught me to appreciate the little details in movement, the ones that help you feel balanced, strong and really connected to your body.
Later, I studied physiotherapy, which helped me understand the body in a deeper, more caring way and how to support people gently through their own movement journeys.
I love Pilates because it brings all of this together. It helps you improve your posture, feel strong from the inside out, and move with confidence and ease.
I’m especially passionate about the way breath and mindful movement can make you feel calmer and more grounded, both during class and long after you leave. In my Reformer classes, I try to create a warm and supportive space where you can explore what your body can do, find your own flow, and enjoy those small moments where everything just feels good. My goal is that you leave feeling lighter, more centred, and proud of yourself!
